This class covers all you need to know to get Breastfeeding off to a good start and there is plenty of time to get your questions answered! Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, this class is suitable for all parents who are keen to learn more about the process and decide whether it is something they would like to try

Exploring an array of subjects, our class delves into the intricacies of breastfeeding, covering topics ranging from the fundamental anatomy of breastfeeding to practical methods for successful latching and feeding. We provide insights into common concerns and offer tips to enhance the smoothness and enjoyment of your breastfeeding journey. Topics include the mechanics of breastfeeding, proper attachment and positioning at the breast, indicators of successful breastfeeding, preemptive measures against common issues, as well as guidance on when and where to seek assistance. Additionally, we discuss the art of responsive bottle feeding. Complementing the course content are live Q&A sessions where you can actively participate, engaging in discussions with our IBCLCs and obtaining personalized answers to your specific concerns and inquiries.
